We’ve been embroidering corporate, sports and leisure clothing for a quarter of a century now. Things have moved on somewhat from the hand-cranked machinery we used back at the start, and our embroidery services are now handled by two extra large machines capable of churning out up to 1,000 items of embroidered clothing an hour.
We recommend our embroidery services for smaller designs such as logos and names or other writing. We transfer your logo or design to a digital format using embroidery software, and then the digitised design is uploaded to embroidery machines. They can handle logos of any complexity and containing any number of colours.
Each digitised logo created in this way is called a jacquard, named after its French inventor, Joseph Marie Jacquard, who invented the Jacquard loom in 1801, which could automatically weave complicated patterns. It’s unique to you and yours to keep.
Our embroidery services, which include free T-shirt design, apply to every imaginable garment with every conceivable purpose: work wear clothes and hi-visibility clothing, custom sportswear or school uniform.
Shirt embroidering for a staff uniform is one of our most frequent embroidering requests. Embroidered polos are ideal for the service, utilities, leisure, hospitality and construction industries, to name but a few. The permanence of an embroidered logo carries the unmistakable impression of professionalism and authenticity.
For larger designs however, embroidery can prove an expensive method of personalisation. So we recommend screen printing for cheap promotional clothing and high-impact decoration.
Custom Embroidering
We offer custom embroidery, embroidery design and specialised logo embroidery as part of our complete package of embroidery services. Custom embroidering usually entails something a little different; perhaps a special run of hi-vis vests for a charitably event or a new product launch where quality needs to be the watchword. Various national hotel chains and health clubs choose our custom embroidery for personalised towels.
We can also pantone-match clothing to any colour you require, when your ideal item isn’t already available in that tone, in order to provide total brand consistency.
