Heat Transfer Printing
Lots of people think that heat transfer printing is inferior to silk screen printing. They’re out of touch with the latest technology. T-shirts printed through heat transfer have a very crisp and clean look, and contrary to popular opinion, can be every bit as durable as screen printed tee shirts. T-shirts are customised by heat pressing cut vinyl and other materials onto the tee-shirt.
Printing in this way delivers a different look to screen printing and is more commonly used for smaller quantity orders and individualising items, for instance with names or numbers for custom sportswear or hen night T-shirts and stag T-shirts. Custom Tee Shirt Printing
We’ll provide any custom tee shirt printing you need, whether it’s a one-colour print to the standard left chest position or a multicolour, multi-position job to stomach, reverse, both chest positions and both sleeves. In fact, we can print to within 1 or 2cm of any seam on the tee. We’ve got such a good range of T-shirts available that it’s often best to contact us to talk through the options.
Bulk T Shirt Printing
We run several top-spec multi-head automatic printing units, churning out up to 600 T-shirts an hour – bulk T-shirt printing is one of the cornerstones of the Kustom Clothing business.
We can print quantities of up to 250,000 units and source the right t-shirts for the purpose: lightweight T-shirts for promotional clothing giveaways to top-of-the-range T-shirts with a vintage, distressed or fitted style for brand building and resale. If you require a specific pantone match for your T-shirt, for instance when branding workwear clothing to the corporate colours, we can do that too.
